Our strength lies in portfolio, program and project management consultancy. We support project managers with planning, registration, and informational tasks while also taking care of all the progress and support services. We therefore keep a complete view over the whole project landscape. Moreover, we provide our customers with an homogenous and standardized understanding of the processes and ensure that the same methods and tools will be applied in all projects.

vPMO² project controlling (incl. Demand & Capacity planning, contracting, etc.). Our bridging-resources steer and clarify the handover processes in/out from the client to the PMO-services. The installation of “customer bridging resources” enables us to merge all project relevant information on an aggregated level, which is then delivered via an IT-based system and made available at any given time together with the prompt help of one of our consultants.

We offer a cross-over administrative and methodical support for your projects. Relevant information will be made accessible in an efficient and clear way, in order for you to easily navigate your project data.
